Orange Research and Consulting Ltd (ORC) is a synergic team that has grown significantly in recent years based on our key specialist strengths. Our culture and management structure support excellent interaction across disciplines, ensuring that our work covers all aspects of health, education, community development, water and sanitation, environment, economy and financing.

ORC supports the monitoring of programme outputs, outcomes and impact. This includes the identification of appropriate monitoring indicators, the development of monitoring frameworks and strategies, and the design and implementation of monitoring systems. This includes using quantitative and qualitative data from routine management sources and surveys.  

As the emphasis on managing for results increases, the demand for independent, rigorous and evidence-based evaluations is rising. ORC has considerable experience in carrying out evaluations and programme reviews for government, national and international organizations and bilateral and multilateral agencies in Cambodia.

Performance management systems should provide the essential link between organizational objectives and the efforts of individual employees in Cambodia. ORC has substantial practical experience of designing, developing and implementing all of the interlinking elements that are required for an effective performance management framework in the public service.

The training program and games have significantly benefited the marginal children and youths both in football skills and individual behaviour including self confidence, discipline, team spirit and sense of life. All trainers are satisfied with their improved skills and opportunities to train and play football on a proper pitch with coaching from a qualified coach.
